 The new certification is addressed to candidates who have already been working for several years in the valuation of property in other countries except Germany, who already have an acknowledged title regarding the determination of market values, and who would now like to obtain an additional qualification in the field of mortgage lending valuation.

| “Valuation of Catering Properties (System Catering)” |
 The HypZert division “Accommodation and Catering” published a new survey on “Valuation of Catering Properties (System Catering)”. It was presented for the first time at Expo Real 2011 in Munich by Mr. Ralf Lamprecht, member of the division and valuer of the VR Wert GmbH. The interest in the survey was so great, that it was out of stock already on the second day of fair. From now on the German version can be ordered in our HypZert Shop.

| “Valuation of Properties with Photovoltaic Systems” |
| The presentation of the new survey of the HypZert division”Energy and Environment” on the first day of Expo Real 2011 in Munich was a great success. A lot of visitors joined the presentation of Helmut Kolb, member of the division and Berlin Hyp valuer, to hear the results of the division concerning the valuation of properties with photovoltaic systems and to get one of the brand new surveys. From now on the German version can be ordered in our HypZert Shop.

| HypZert is TEGoVA member again |
 HypZert is a member of TEGoVA again. At the General Assembly on May 7, 2011 the members have decided unanimously to approve the application for membership. Together with the Verband deutscher Pfandbriefbanken e.V. (vdp) and the Bundesverband öffentlicher Banken e.V. (VÖB), both shareholders of HypZert and long term members of TEGoVA, we want to approach the task „Recognized Europen Valuer (REV)”.
