In the forefront of the certification exam the applicant has to proof certain verifications. A component of that is inter alia the submission of surveys for each required type of property. Because in the past had again a lot of questions appear about the complexity, structure, contents and other aspects, the HypZert Corporation offers a mentoring. Every applicant has the possibility to clarify questions with a mentor, who is  adjudicated by HypZert, before he presents a survey. Additional costs do not occur for the applicant.

The following terms have to be followed:

• The applicant has applied for the certification offered by HypZert or is a member of the exam-preperative training offered by one of the credit economical academies; a proof has to be established.

• The mentor acts as an advisor for the applicant. He screens and checks the required surveys of the applicant regarding the requirements for valuation reports (based on: assessment load of the HypZert Corporation, BelWertV, further relevant regulations and guidelines).

• The mentor supports the applicant with adequate advises concerning the current standards, techniques and avenues of approach of the report generation.

• The applicant has to obey the data privacy and banker's discretion in personal responsibility.

• The mentor is sworn to confidentiality and has to devastate all papers which have been handed out to him afterwards.

• The time limit should normally not exceed more than four hours.
