HypZert was one of the first organisations to receive an accreditation for the certification of real estate valuers for financial purposes - CIS HypZert (F) according to ISO/IEC 17024 by the German Association for Accreditation (TGA), Frankfurt in 1997. |

By letter of 7th September 1999 the German federal financial supervisory agency accepted the qualification of real estate valuers in the context of the large credit policy "if the valuer fulfils HypZert`s certification requirements." |
