In April 2004 HypZert became a member of the emerging World Association of Valuation Organisation. It’s primarily aims are to create global standardised training possibilities for real estate valuers, to establish uniform valuation standards and to become a forum of the international exchange of experience. |

As the managing director of HypZert, Reiner Lux became a member of the Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung in December 2000. g.i.f.`s aims are to increase market transparency, to establish standards for the analysis and valuation of markets and objects as well as to promote real estate research activities. |

Projekt: "Developing skills in the valuation of real estate" (DESIRE)
Together with real estate valuation organisations from Estonia, UK, Netherlands and Norway HypZert was an active partner in the European project "Developing skills in the valuation of real estate". The aim was to establish and promote Europe-wide standardised minimum training procedures. |

The collaboration with the FHTW Berlin, who had a pioneering task in the education of real estate management, persists since 1999. Prof. Dr. Werner Nann, who holds the chair of the real estate business, was elected in HypZert`s steering committee in February 2001.

International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC), London/U.K.
The International Valuation Standards Committee is a non-government organisation, which promotes the harmonisation of real estate valuation standards together with various other organisations and valuation associations worldwide. The current IVSC chairman Joseph Vella clarified the committee’s tasks and aims in his speech at the HypZert annual conference 2006.

Stiftung für den Hypothekarkredit, Warsaw/Poland
The Mortgage Credit Foundation was founded in 1991 by the minister of finance to support the development of an efficient mortgage credit system in Poland. Today’s foundation members are the ministry of finance, the ministry of justice, the polish national bank, scientific associations as well as sixteen banks, who are especially interested in this field of business. |
